Returns & Refunds
- General Policy:
- We are not responsible for missing products reported more than 2 days after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items upon receipt and report any discrepancies immediately.
- In special cases, please contact your sales representative or info@epochcpt.com.
- Eligible Returns:
- Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return or refund.
- Used ingredients cannot be returned unless damaged upon delivery.
- Return Process:
Please refer to the following invoice terms for detailed instructions on returning items:
- All claims for damages or shortage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of goods.
- All Machinery returns after 7 days will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee, NO RETURN ACCEPTED after 15 days from receipt.
- All food stuff return will not be accepted after 3 days from receipt. No perishable items accepted from return.
- A $45 fee will be charged for each returned check and 3% interest will be added on overdue invoice. The buyer promises to pay all incurred for collection and legal fees.
